Refund policy

 

RETURNS:

Returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card.

  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days of you receiving the item by contacting us via email at saraknorrisshop@gmail.com.
  • An item is only eligible to be returned if it's in brand spankin' new condition: never used, never worn, never washed.
  • If a fine art print or canvas arrives damaged, please contact us at saraknorrisshop@gmail.com within 14 days and we will work with our printer to resolve the issue. Do not throw away any of the packaging as we may need photos of the damage to file a claim with the shipping provider.
  • Returns are accepted on a case by case basis and must be approved.
  • Please contact us by email at saraknorrisshop@gmail.com before you ship the item back. If your return is approved, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • All items are inspected upon return. Items sent back in poor condition will be returned to the customer as FINAL SALE. Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
  • A gift card with store credit will not be issued until the item is received in new condition. Please allow up to 7 days after we've received your item for the gift card to be issued. If you don't see the gift card in your email, please check your spam/junk folder.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards are final sale and are not refundable.
  • Sara K. Norris is not responsible for errors and damages caused by the shipping company. If this happens, please contact us and the shipping carrier to file a claim. Do not throw away any packaging until it is resolved as you may need it to file a claim with the shipping provider.

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. We can't add or remove items from your order once it has been placed.
