Return/Cancellation Policy
All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY in the form of a digital gift card that will be emailed to you.
- All returns must be initiated within 14 days of you receiving the item by contacting us at saraknorrisshop@gmail.com
- An item is only eligible to be returned if it's in brand spankin' new condition (unless it was damaged during shipping).
- Returns are accepted on a case by case basis and must be approved. Please email us at saraknorrisshop@gmail.com before you ship the item back. If your return is approved, you are responsible for the cost of shipping.
- All items are inspected upon return. Items sent back in poor condition will be returned to the customer as FINAL SALE (unless they were damaged during shipping). Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
- A gift card with store credit will not be issued until the item is received in new condition. Please allow up to 7 days after we've received your item for the gift card to be issued. If you don't see the gift card in your email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us at saraknorrisshop@gmail.com.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and NON REFUNDABLE.
- Sara K. Norris is not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier. If your package was damaged during transit, please contact me at saraknorrisshop@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include photos of both the damaged product and the damaged packaging, plus your order number. Please do not throw away any packaging. My printing partners and I will work together to resolve the situation with you.
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES:
All artwork is printed to order, packaged, and shipped by my printing partners. Once an order is placed, it immediately goes into production to be printed, so it cannot be cancelled or changed. We also cannot add or remove items from your order once it has been placed. If you would like to add items to your order, you will need to place an additional order.
