What do I do if my order arrived damaged?

First of all - ugh, bummer!

If your package was damaged during transit, please contact me at saraknorrisshop@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include photos of both the damaged product and the damaged packaging, plus your order number. Please do not throw away any packaging. My printing partner and I will work together to resolve the situation with you.

Why don't you accept returns?

All sales are final because of the custom nature of the products. To increase efficiency and reduce over printing, I work with printing partners who print and ship each item as they're ordered. That means every order is created just for you!

Why don't you offer free shipping?

I'm an independent artist running a small company. I'm not Amazon. With the price of shipping rising over the years, there's no way I can cover the shipping cost for every order and still run a profitable business at this point.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but I hope to in the future!

How long will it take to receive my order

The shipping time will vary depending on which items you purchase.
Print orders are processed every Monday morning. Depending on the production time of the item you purchased and where you live (rural areas can take a little longer), it can take 2-4 weeks to receive your package. I promise it will be worth the wait!
